I ordered item worth 27990/- on 14th of September, but I received wrong item worth may be of 200 rupees, I placed complaints, multiple complaints, also send them images and videos that I captured. After that they shedule return and they perform a return and refund on 25 September as they told I will get a refund in 4-5 working days but yet not got any amount I called them multiple times, I also received Mail regarding my refund on 12th October that refund amount will get credit in my bank between 24-48 hrs. But after 8 days also I have NOT received anything.
