Text of Complaint by Neetu:

I ordered some products on 07/08/23 and the order was successfully delivered on 13/08/23 but when I opened the box I saw that 1 pack of head and shoulders was missing so at the same time I raised the issue Raised to customer care and today I called customer support again as I have not received any update on my previous issue,
When I discussed with the customer support executive they told me that the entire order has been delivered from our side and they can’t do anything for my problem and they gave me a mail id ofm@amazon.in and I dropped a mail on this ID but I have received same replies from everywhere and they are not accepting there mistake
