Myself Kanha Achary, from Odisha Berhampur , i have purchased one saree for my mother worth Rs.904/- on 22nd February 2023, which was delivered on 28th February 2023 when we opened the parcel the saree was totally different from the flipkart product page description, i tried to raise return request but seller has cancelled the product from his side , (i was unable to understand how the seller was so smart that he dispatched the product and after that marked the product as cancelled from seller) so the wrong product could be delivered to customer and if the customer try to return that saree he could not return…
i have tried to email flipkart customer care about this issue since 6days and the flipkart customer care unable to solve my problem or not intrested to solve my problem..please help me to file case against flipkart.com
