I have placed below 5 orders in paytm using coupon code (BIJLIBILL250).I received 5 electricity vouchers for the same . Now when i try use the electricity vouchers it is not working.

I am getting below error while paying the bill payment.
Error : Two bill payments allowed using a promocode in a month. Please proceed to pay without Promocode.
When i contact paytm they replied as below

Hi , Please note, you cannot avail promo code benefits more than twice in a month while paying your bills. Since you have already availed the benefits twice in the month, you are ineligible
If it works only two times then why they allowed me to use 5 times while shopping and why they giave 5 codes. Paytm is really a cheater please help me and file case and close the paytm website
