I have placed a order of a set of 3 shirts at the thebigmall.co.in but received a totally different set of 3 cheap shirts. I have been cheated and the thebigmall.co.in has looted me amounting Rs 1099
I have called on customer care number, but it’s always busy. So sent SMS on said number, not received any reply. There is no proper contact number available in the site to place a complaint or to initiate a return procedure
