Dear sir/ madam
I transfered my connection prepaid to postpaid on 15th December, on day 1 onwards data will be not working.
I am raise the complaint to customer care 4 times and in airtel store SR NAGAR but there also not resolve my issue. But bill was generated for 1month Rs.527
After that I was call to customer care take the request for data related and not an use, I was asked to reduce the bill amount those customer care people were not at all waie off single rupee.
