Hello sir / madam,
I have ordered Dal rice at srilakshmi kitchens on zomato area Visakhapatnam. Restaurant accepted the order and restaurant people have called me and said that dal rice was not there we will send Pappu chaaru rice which was same like Dal rice (He said 90% same like dal rice). But I have received sambar rice which was not equalant to 10% of Dal rice. I have contacted with the customer care of Zomato with the same issue. They declined my concern and not accepting the same. This entire situation leads a persons hungry night, time and money waste. Same like this so many people are suffering in India
