I have made a purchase of Titan Octane Men’s watch on 17th Feb 2021 in Amazon.in. I made Payment of Rs. 6995 via Google Pay which was showing pending hence delivery executive insisted to make payment again via payment link. However my account got debited twice and didn’t get excess money paid back to my account. When I approached Amazon customer service they said u have to contact your bank initially. However it was confirmed by the bank to approach Amazon since payment not returned. In my Amazon App same amount showing its paid to Amazon on 11th March. Upon contacting Amazon, they said its received and will be refunded within 5 business days.. Its been 50 + days the amount is still not credited every time when I approach Amazon customer service they keep telling it will be refunded within 3 or 5 business days…
