Dear respective,
The people of above drama company they’re called me when 19th April 2021 and they said “We are calling from CP solution and you’ve applied for part time job, are you interested to do with our company?? am told with them yeah mam. They’re explained about their CAPTCHA work detail 8000 within 8 days needs to complete, 4.25rs per CAPTCHA while time of paying your salary we deduct 6500/- for our office utility charges and If you are failed to complete the work or your accuracy comes below of 90% you should pay 6,500/-. Am accept that above said condition because their way of approaching and am think about them like genuine people at starting stage.
Now am comes to the main matter, I’ve completed totally 3 sessions on my PC along with video screen recording and CAPTCHA count its 2500. After I’ve seen their report I’m very scared. Because what are the data I’ve typed those all are manipulated by them to decrease my accuracy. Then only I call them to their helpdesk number of +916359880680 and shout them why you guys are doing like these?? Don’t cheat people like these! I’m having whole session video on my PC while doing CAPTCHA work. Am going to register the complaint against your company with my rural police station and you should cancel my user ID and password here after I’d never work with you. But they are repeatedly said “reports all are generated by server side only sir not manually” then I’ve disconnected my call!
After 3 days I got call from +919638516614 truecaller displays their name as advocate associate. They were said “you’re breaking the CP SOLUTION company rule of incomplete your work. So you needs to pay them 6500/-“. Am told with them “okay mam, but they’re cheating with my data and generated manipulated reports. That’s why am quite my work and I can’t pay 1rs to them ” and she was told “we made cause against to you and you needs to come here Gujarat” am told to them “okay mam you may do that I’ll prove myself alongwith my advocate infront of respective people in Gujarat” then simply I’ve disconnected my call!
Again after 3 days I got call from +917202829436 truecaller displays their name as LAWINTITY ADVOCATE ASSOCIATION (NAVEEN SHARMA) at the same time mail also received from lawintitylegalfirm@gmail.com the mail content is below,

As per our conversation I am giving a chance for settlement but if you can’t pay so according to your agreement you must present in the vapi session court and pay total financial loss of the company. If payment is not done so your case transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 imposed on you and you need to pay Rs.78,100/- for total loss to our client.
Legal Notice : It is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue in hand properly.
Remedies for breach of contract.
Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.
Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
“if you want to avoid legal procedure then you must have to pay ( with legal charges 8500/- today. )
‘ if you don’t reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence.”

After read the above mail i’ve speak with them they are asking me to make payment of 8500/- immediately. Am asked them “earlier your executive asked to make payment of 6500/- but now you are asking extra 2000/- shall I know how its amount get increased???” They simply told its my legal charges sir. Then I’m said okay sir you should give their company’s Current A/c number. Then I’ll deposit cash to them. He told “you can done payment from Gpay, phonepe or any mobile app”. Am simply said to him “sir no matter how can I done the payment. why you are worrying about that” after disconnect my call he send bank a/c number,

And am ask with my banker friend about this account information is right?? He told no buddy, this account belongs to A/c holder name of SAVAJI BHAI and its normal SB account.
Then I called to the fake advocate told to them “I can’t make the payment towards that account. And I’ve accepted condition with CP SOLUTION company only. So, You should send their company current a/c number I can make payment within 5mins” but he fails! Then he said “okay sir, I’m going to take legal action against you. And am said “okay ji you may do that Gujarat its not matter at all me to prove myself” and am disconnected my call finally!
Then I’ve tried to validate his bar council ID but no information got from google instead of that I got scam content along with this GJ-1778/2016 bar council ID.
The after still now, I’ve not received any call from them!
Conclusion: Dear People, don’t get panic infront of these cheating people. If they are know, you are getting more afraid while speaking with them. Then they can easily barrow huge money from you!!!
You should know about agreement procedure, While signing with any agreement on that session following people’s presence should mandatory first party of company people, second party of you and law people also. Then only that agreement eligible for make legal action against you!

Yes they keep on calling. I have blocked all their numbers. This company does not even exist in first place. Just need to ignore them. A company that does not exist cant’ charge us. And the agreement is also fake, there is signature from client side.
