Sir/Madam,
I have ordered for Cruiser Men’s Navy sneakers (size 9) on 24th December 2023 from amazon. However I received size 11 on 1st January 2024. I requested for exchange of product and ordered Cruiser Men’s black sneakers on 2nd January 2024.
But I received beige colour shoes ( which is not the requested colour). So I requested to return the product by choosing refund alternative on 9th January 2024.
Amazon delivery executive picked the shoes on 10th January 2024.
I returned the item received. However till date my refund is neither processed nor am I able to track the good.
When contacted the support team of amazon for the same, I was told my shoes was not received by the warehouse team. Thus I am not eligible for the refund.
Later I checked the refund status in my Amazon application and it’s showing “ the goods might be lost in transit”.
