I have ordered a product ( laptop charger) from Amazon app, which i have received on 26 th june 2022 and i have pay the amount by cash. But because the product does not meet my requirement so i have cancelled that product on 2 july 2022. After that i have opted for the refund money in my bank account and i have also added my bank account details in the Amazon app and also share the account details with Amazon customer care. On 2nd july 2022 the customer care executive tell me that i will receive my refund amount with 3-4 days but i didn’t get the refund in those days. On 9 th july once again i chat with customer care than he asks me my refund has been issued and initiated on 9th july 2022 nad i will get my refund amount with in 4-5 working days that is on 12-14 july in my bank account and also the app shows the same to me. In refund section i would saw that i will get the refund between 12-14 july 20222, if i couldn’t get the refund till 14 july than i have to contact to my bank for the same. But on 14 july when i again talk to customer care then they said instead of bank account transfer a check has been issued to me. On 19 july i would received a check of rs 699 of deutsche bank. Because the amount is not too big and i have to spend almost 2-300 to reach my bank so i have called customer care and requested them to cancel the check and refund the amount to my Amazon pay wallet. I ask and confirm the date 3 times which she gave me as 29 th july 2022. She gave me surety thtt i will get the refund in my Amazon pay wallet on 29 july 2022 but i haven’t received any amount. On 30 th july i once again talk to customer care and now they are asking me more 7-8 days to wait.From 2 july 2022- 30 july 2022 they are giving me dates to wait nnd and every time they are asking me to wait for 4-5 days to get my refund. I am totally get harassment from Amazon’s customer services. So sir i wnat you to take serious action against them. My total amount of refund is Rs 699 and its now 30 days i still not get my refund back, only they are giving me dates after date.
