I had booked my ticket on 23.10.18 with order id 6355277086 and made payment through upi. Due to my personal reason i cancelled my ticket on 16.12.18 but i didn’t get the refunded amount.
i consulted with paytm care so many times but no body is giving satisfactory reply. I made no. Of conversations throught email but they replied in a very irresponsible way.
Always they sugested from your side to inquire in your bank but bank people totally denied about such transaction
So i request to you please go through my case.
