I ordered a dress worth Rs. 699. The item that was delivered to me is not the same and it is a very cheap piece of cloth (at most it would be worth 200). So I initially thought that they might have sent me a wrong order, so I looked for bill which was not there in the package. The item was delivered by Xpressbess courier service. I got the sender address from this courier service which is as follows: 417 Silver Point, Surat, Pincode- 395010, Sender’s phone number- +919265668434. (I tried calling on this number but it is not responding).
I also tried to contact their customer care (support@trendywestern.com) but of no help. Their site is also not responding.
