Text of Complaint by Siddarth:

I place and order in Zomato and i have waited for half hour and i tried calling to delivery partner but he or she didn’t responded to any of my calls and in application it said my order has been delivered. I tried chat with support executive but no one has solved any of my issue they said to mail to zomato that the problem will solve with 24 – 48 hours. Why I have to wait for that long that’s my lunch and I paid the money and mainly zomato has no helpline number to call. I also sent an email but still I didn’t got any response.
