I have buy shoe in WhatsApp WhatsApp name is Punjab fashion then after I have done the COD price 150 and shoe price is 1350 I have given advance 150 then after shoe watch deliver but shoe is different then after I complain in WhatsApp he told me that you have come call and after you exchange the order but not come the call what can I do now not given the website also
