I am chasing Paytm help desk since December 2nd for my Fasttag card which i have ordered from paytm but same did not came yet and got to know that Car Registration details were not given for which i uploaded the details with my query but no one is responding on the same
No one is looking into my query and no one is Responding however it was urgent as i need to. Go outside of the state for which this is required to travel. Paytm is not taking responsibility and is not even interested and not even cancelling the order so that i can ask someone else for this order.
My point is how paytm accepted the order without taking car details of same were mandatory.Now i need my money back and wants patym to confirm me who is responsible for my valuable time.
