Huge Delay in food delivery by Zomato agent

I ordered food on 7/09/23 from Zomato at 6:25am. The restaurant was located 3km from my location and it was showing 32min delivery time.

After i ordered food the agent kept on delaying my order. I called him several times and he informed me he is having multiple orders.
I also contacted customer care and they kept saying it will be delivered but the order kept on delaying.

I asked the customer care to cancel the order and issue the refund since it was already 1 hour, but they denied and told me the refund was not possible and told me to wait for the order.
I waited for 1 hour and wanted to cancel and refund, but the customer care refused any refund.
I called the delivery agent several times but he kept delaying the order and kept lying to me that the order would be delivered in 10 minutes.

I received my order at 7:35am after 1 hour 10min huge delay.

Order place at 6:25am
Order delivered – 7:25am
Delay – 1 hour 10min
Distance of restaurant from my place -3km
Original delivery timing shown on the app was 32 minutes only, meanwhile the agent took 1hr 10min to deliver.

Moreover the food i received was totally cold because of the huge delay. I received no compensation or refund for all these trouble.
Pathetic customer support and worst service

I need a complete refund of rs. 270 for this enormous delay and trouble with this order.

Kindly issue refund in original source, I don’t need any coupons since i am not going to use Zomato again,plz dont issue coupon, i need to refund money in my account.
