I Have a Fully prepaid confirm hotel booking at Hyderabad from Agoda, but at the check in time the hotel Reception tell me that they have not any confirm Booking of you he charge me Rs.1500/- more I have already pay Rs.1155/-.
I want my Refund from Agoda.
