I have booked an hotel from OYO . When I have gone there,receptionist asked for more payment from the booked amount. Hotel is booked for 801 rs and he asked me for 1200₹. And I agreed to it also but then he told me to give 5 star rating for my stay in advance then only he will give room to us. When I denied to give 5 star rating in advance he denied room to me. On OYO rating was very good 4.1 star seeing which I have booked room. Very fraudulent and unprofessional hotel. I have called OYO customer care but he also haven’t helped us saying that no one is picking up the call at property. OYO booking ID is Z0TL9983, hotel name is OYO TOWNHOUSE 376 LORDS INN REGENCY, location of hotel is 14-WA, Scheme no. 94 near Deccan diesel,Bombay hospital road , Indore
