Text of Complaint by Sandesh Chinchapur:

I had ordered sunglasses from Titan eyeplus on 2nd on May. Got it on 3rd of May. They delivered a faulty product. Requested for replacement on 4th of May and was accepted to replace on 5th of May(with a promise that the replaced product will be delivered within 7 days).

Waited 4 long days for pickup. And it was picked on 9th of May. It reached warehouse on 15th of May! Which is quite surprising and kinda unprofessional. Since the warehouse is just 60kms away from the pickup point.. it should reach there within a day even if traveled in a Bullock cart! On calling I got to know that it takes a Max of 3 days to reach warehouse and then they’ll dispatch the new product. But they took 6 days.

And one more day for inspection! So almost a week just to travel 60kms! Wow! And now if I call them to ask about the status of replaced product, they say we have to order on ourselves that mention in comment that it is a replacement product! What the hell!!!

Even if it’s dispatched tomorrow(i.e., on 16th of May) it may reach by 20 or 21. So almost 20 days to get a product for which I’ve already paid! This is just shit of a service. They are playing with customers money. I feel like cheated.. feel like hands are bind. Please look into this. Else people are loosing faith in online shopping.
