I ordered Two Chicken Biryani Items from Magicpin. Neither the restaurant nor the delivery person assigned bothered to intimate about the situation. They took around 90 minutes before I frustratedly called the restaurant to which they replied back in a manner in which only gundas do. No solidarity nor apology was met out to me the customer. Upon several harassments, the Magicpin representative initiated a refund but the 2 hours which I lost can never be compensated with the mere refund
