The PayTM KYC process is not very good.

a. The Online KYC is free. Tried twice today but both times failed, first time call got disconnected but your executive did not call. Second time when a female executive picked up she tried to take photo but gave an escuse of my wide angle camera. Would request you to specify models that are not compatible. My was Samsung M31, which is a good model.
b. Next i was asked to Visit a local PayTM off line KYC center and the closest KYC center near me was Rishi enterprises, I called the number 91-9146026569, where a gents picked up and I asked him if Shop and KYC service open and he said yes. I took my documents to his store. I was inside a chawl and shop condition not good. There was a women presuming his wife who stood inside with her son. She said KYC services are not done as PayTM is not accepting any. When i told her that the gents had confirmed she tried calling him and then told me that he is gone to his native place. So after waiting for 15 to 20 minutes she asked me to leave as its not possible.
c. I tried some other partners like “Nice cyber cafe & computer” , Prince super Market who told us that they are no longer associated with PayTM KYC.
its difficult to reach to an employee to get your problem heard via Toll Free.

So, overall i feel its an harassment.
