The Vodafone Centre at Kandivali Village? Mumbai has poor staff who miscalculated my pending dues and because of which I had to make 3 visits to the store.
The staff verbally agreed that they had miscalculated the dues. For the same I asked them for an written apology mentioning that they had erred.
The flatly refused that they cannot mention in writing that the mistake was theirs. They have no respect to the hardships caused to the customer.
They are hiding their flaws behind a mask of company policy. What is the steps I need to take for a written apology.
