Mytechzone took my money every month and I’ve received nothing I want to cancel the contract

I wanna cancel because till today i still haven’t received the phone that they promised but yet the deducted my money which is R97..

Mytechzone Is a fraudulent company that keeps taking people’s money. They don’t provide services rendered. It’s a big scam. I applied for a personal loan and I don’t know how Mytechzone got involved.
These call centers are leaking us dry.
