Friends,
I had a terrible experience with Swiggy today. I ordered food worth Rs. 1775/- and found hair in my biryani. When I reached out to Swiggy, they simply told me that they can’t do anything about the quality issue. It’s disappointing to see that they don’t care about their customers’ experiences.
I strongly suggest that you directly buy food from restaurants and avoid using Swiggy. Let’s boycott Swiggy until they take responsibility for the quality of their service.
