I have ordered a refrigerator through Amazon on 14th September 2021 and got the delivery on 15th September 2021 at my neighbor’s place.
When I came from office, I have checked & verified the product and found mild dent on body of the new purchased refrigerator.
Aside the door of the said product is not functioning properly and it is tilting as the base of the product is not properly labeled.
When I reach out to Amazon customer support, they are harassing my by giving excuse of their policies and not returning the product.
