Guys, please do not waste money by doing comprehensive service from Go-mechanic. They are cheaters.
I have booked a comprehensive service package for Rs.5500/- in which complete service & car dry cleaning, wheel balancing & wheel alignments are included.
This company is truly non experienced, dont have any expertise in any area & finally dont have any fool proof plans for Car servicing / repairing. they had a tie-ups with road side small stupid un-experienced mechanics and they are basically earning a heavy margin from the customers.
if i am not wrong, why customers are not getting happy from the service / repair from gomechanic because these small road side mechanics are not capable of doing proper service / repair due to non availability of proper infrastructure.
i was shocked to see the level of servicing which i had never seen in my life from Maruti / Hyundai / Ford / Toyota, ofcourse they are charging high but really they are also doing well when you receive your car after servicing, you will become happy to see your car. But in gomechanic case, we are getting annoyed to see our car because there were no difference in before servicing and after servicing status of the car.
Car looks like the same in before and after condition. They are simply cheating the customers, i also felt cheated when i took my car back after servicing bcoz i think what i have paid is much more than the work they have done on my car.
The customer car staff is also non professional and they dont bother what the customer thinks, they work according to them and it doesn’t matter the customer is getting harassed or not.
from next time onward, i will neither recommend anybody to gomechanic nor i will go for it.
Last but not the least, go-mechanic team is truly un-professional, un-trained, stupid & cheaters. they are making fool of the public and making money.
Guys please dont waste your hard earned money on Go mechanic, simply go to the Original Car Service centers of Maruti, Hyundai, Ford & Toyota.
I have so many points which i have not mentioned here, what they have done to me while servicing my car.
