Sub: Regarding cheating/fraud
Sir, with due respect I want to submit this complaint of cheating. That on 20.7.2020 I searched from Quicker.com a Captcha work which is under H.S. Enterprises and a Person contacted me through Mobile Nos: 9909901496 and whatsapp No. 7227034947 and sent a License Agreement at my mail I.D. which has not been signed by me. They have chatted at my mobile No. and Adhaar No. They demand to pay money 6900.for penalty’s pay money with you. After then they calling me again to demand money 12950 for the cancellation and N.O.C .I am unable to pay money. they send me notice of case file again and again. Advocate Simran Sharma called me (09638604367) they threatened me that you send Rs. 6900-/- then we will give NOC to you otherwise I will send you legal notice and Police will arrest you immediately.
That yesterday, i.e. on 04.08.2020 one of the Person Mailed me Advocate Alok Verma mail Address (al.hc.guj@gmail.com) they threatened me “The Court has given you adequate time to complete your file and pay the penalty but you did not complete the same and even not respond to the notice in the court, so the court is going to take strict legal action against you. You have to face strict legal consequences. Orders to be held and the court decides you to appear in court in 2 days. If you do not appear in court,Court will take legal action against you associated at your home address. Herewith court has decide to take final action or payment of penalty amount that is Rs 87,950/- in 2 days by you and present in arbitrary court otherwise Court behold the right to take strict action against you as per Indian Penal Code therefore take this matter as prime concern”.

I got literally the same e-mail with the same numbers, so I say don’t worry about it, don’t fall for this, it’s just a way to scare you, there will be no court hearing
Really is it fake i got that mail today please tell me once that it is really fake and there is no need to respond them
They really are a fraud group, If you search information one by one you can find that they sometimes change company name or their laywer or agent’s name to decieve people. Even more infuriating is that they talk in a high and mighty tone like you are going to be in jail the next second, I am wodering how they even work because they don’t bother to chane their basic data like no.s, if a person keeps a presence of mind he can find similar complaints of people from they cheated and the difference being some basic info or job.

Hello everyone, I am an advocate by profession. Just want to tell you that this company is a complete fraud. They have scammed so many people. Every mail they send, even the case number and all, its a total fraud. No court asks you to pay money directly. I feel pity for these guys as they dont even know one word of law and they claim themselves to be advocates. Its a humble request to you all that Dont worry at all regarding these fraudsters. When they call, simply laugh on their faces. I had the chances to talk to two of their people on phone. The moment I went into legal terminology, they started abusing me. So, don’t panic and don’t worry at all. These guys are frauds. Simply refuse to pay a single penny to them. Doesn’t matter what they say. Everything is a fraud. The guy claiming to be Advocate Shubham Aggarwal didnt even know what an Enrollment number was. So chill everyone. They are just frauds who are trying to fraud innoncent people

We appreciate your Hard work which you have done day/night without seeing the time for the company to achieve the goal of 90% of the accuracy to get payment from the company , or may some time happens that not all time but some time helpline have not reply of your mail due to your not understanding the question and when you raise your Question you be on Quick but you must know that there is so much other reply of the customer they need to give answer too, When Lawyer called you please don’t we so frustrated we called you to resolve your matter and your issue and Which case has been assign to us and you must know in the agreement comes under these categories non submission / QC fail then you need to make payment of registration fees to our client else If you don’t make payment to our client as per an Indian Contract Act 1872 section 17 shall be imposed on you for negligence of payment and We also want to inform you that section 420 of IPC shall be imposed on you for doing fraud with our client for non payment of Registration amount and for what so ever condition it is not acceptable.
Abusive words : Section 66 A shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm.
Non Payment : If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court, An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs. 72105/ – for total loss to our client.
