Hi team, I placed an order on Go Zefo on 4 April by mistake, requested cancellation. The order was cancelled same day. The refund is still not initiated.
It’s been 22 data for a simple refund. RS 8099 is stuck with Zefo and I am not at all ok with that.
One email thread is going on with customer service team and there have been 12-13 mails in the thread with no resolution.
Everytime I was asked to wait and they are checking with internal team and bullshit canned empathy statements.
I am completely frustrated with this horrible customer service of Go Zefo
