Getting wrong food delivered, moreover the promised compensation was also not given

Text of Complaint by Ishan Padha:

I ordered 1 egg roll and 1 paneer roll with extra egg. I received wrong order which was veggie rolls. Forst of all i am highly allergic to potato I could have suffocated and die if i would have eaten it without seeing. Thank to my roomate who ate it first and told me not to take even a singke bite as he was aware of my allergy. On top of that when i complaint and asked for replacement of my order, the company’s executive asked me to provide me the promo of Rs.388 in compensation. Suddenly they refused to do so when I agreed and told me they will give me Rs.180 only. They chatted and argued with me over this thing for more than one hours straight. The executive was changed without informing me and they kept on instisting to talk over call as I will get the proof of their statements in the chat and it would be easy for them to refuse over call as I could not have any proof of what they said. This order of food if consumed might have seriously affect my health and might even kill me. I tried to talk to them atlast and told them to finish this matter by providing me the compensation of Rs.388 as asked me in the chat section. They refused. This is not the first time that zomato has done this. They loot people like this . Many of my friends have faced this issue . Normally the customer gets a discount of Rs.120 easily on selected restaurants. After delivering the wrong food (rarely even the stale food ) in return they give a promo of Rs.30, Rs 50, Rs 70 accordingly which is again a fraud because the customer can use only one promo code and the discount of Rs.120 will turn into lesser amount and the zomato gets all the profit by tricking the customer to accept the promo which is lesser than the promo provided over rhe app or website of zomato. I have full faith in the judiciary of my proud nation to get me the compensation for mentally disturbing me and take strict action on zomato as I could have end up in hospital or even worse. I want justice and I want zomato to be punished strictly for this or the restaurant who have sent the wrong order. The name of the restaurant is ‘Roll Xpress’.
