Hi,
Greetings of the day,
Myself, Joy Mathews is one of the oldest customer of Vodafone.  I was using one data card of Vodafone (No. 8879943799) which is not in use for so many months.
I have made the request to customer care couple of months ago requesting them to cancel this number. But every alternate day I am getting call from Vodafone and some of the executives are spoke to me in a very rude manner especially the girl called me on last Saturday (23 June), the girl spoke to me today (28 June ) etc.
As advised by the executive on last Saturday, I have gone to Vodafone Thane west store to make the balance payment and to close this account. But they refused to do the same. My case was handled at counter B around 5 PM. They told me that if I make the payment then again the SIM will be active so don’t make the payment.
I hereby request you to cancel the number 8879943799 and let me know.  The balance amount you can add to the existing number 9820262799. I will clear the payment together.
I am using multiple number in my name which is used by my wife and kids. Today during the call the executive told me that she will cancel all my numbers.
Please let me know if you want to cancel all my numbers I will stop using Vodafone and will take some other service.
