Dear Sir/Madam,
I have not been paid in full for the last three months and have been paid in parts for 2 months prior to that.
Company Director has been saying he has no funds and he himself is in debts pledging his assets.
As much as I understand his problem, I am selfish to have him pay my pending salaries and not worry about his problems.
I got another opportunity and hence my Director relieved me from my duties immediately.
However, In the course of being employed and not being paid, I had to take a small loans and pledge ornaments to fulfill my commitments. I have been paying interest to all of them and in a few cases, I have paid heavy penalties to the bank for missing my EMI’s.
Is there a way I can claim all the penalties/interest amount paid by me towards the loan and ornaments pledged with the pending salaries from my previous employer?
Please help.
