Respected sir,
I have ordered for a lehenga from my cousin for my wife. My cousin is doing online retail business during these corona days. It seems the fraudulent company Bisworks Surface delivered a product as if it were the product that i ordered from my cousin. The product i have ordered was for 1400 Rs. The product was delivered via delhivery. Though the fraudulent product was labeled a lehenga, inside was a low quality saree which ensured that this was from anti-social people. My cousin attempted to contact her delivery agents and was told that they had no idea that this was a fake product. Thus I request consumer complaint court to take legal action and obtain me the refund of 1400 Rs. I see and am amazed that there are many complaints regarding this fraudulent company. Expecting further contact from consumer court in the coming days.
