My name is Mitul Sharma Duwarah.
Yesterday I recharged my phone with Rs. 399 and I received 1.5 gb per day pack.
But in my phone this offer is showing 3gb per day not 1.5 gb per day.
Even afte
r the recharge I was receiving this pop up (service message) to get 3 gb per day + 5 gb @Rs.399 [SEE ATTACHMENT]
I literally very confused and angry.
I tried to call customer care various times but they’re not responding.
Are you playing with people’s innocence ?
What kind of scam is this ?
I also attaching a screen shot of this offer so that you can’t blame it on me as my mistake.
I want solution as soon as possible.. it’s not a game
