Text of Complaint by Vipul chovatia:

I have booked hotel doller in bhuj with ID bsn23444 through Oyo app. When I reached hotel, the manager didn’t allow me for check in and said that this hotel is booked with low price from app, so we are not allowing you for check in. They take extra money from me. Then i called up customer care of Oyo and discussed whole matter twice to 2 different executives they both didn’t resolve my issue and cut my call without answering properly. When I asked for any senior person to talk then none of them allowed me for same. I have wasted hours. Didn’t get any support from Oyo care.
