Sir ,
I have placed order from The pizza cutter at 4:20 p.m. after sometime delivery boy Ajay call me that his bike is crash with car and order will delay or you can cancel the order ..his no. Is 9773917661.
I have tried to cancel order but my side order Is not cancel . I have received IVR call from Zomato and instruct me to press 1 for cancel . I have done the same .
After that my order section reflect order is cancel by you because you didn’t accept the order hence you will not refund your money ..
I am trying to reach delivery boy Ajay on his no. He is not picked my call .

I want to ask in whole situation where is my fault .
Is this your business ethics and co. Policy .
If your delivery boy is third class employee then why you deduct customer hard earning money ..
I will make police complaint regarding delivery boy I have shared his no. Tell me his bio data I will make online police complaint regarding delivery boy ..
And refund my money within 24 hrs. Otherwise I will take action against as well as you .
