I have tried to book a bus from Agra to hyderabad on 13th of May 2022. I went to bus pickup point around 1hr before the pickup time and waited for more than 10 hours at the same point and tried calling to the number given on your MakeMyTrip app and got very bad words in return,because that’s a wrong number and from the local drivers,i got to know such kind of bus doesn’t even exist there.Since then I tried calling to your customer care number which doesn’t even talk to any customers.
And I’ve made that booking by taking a loan of around 3000 from my bank account for 3 EMI’S.
And because of your careless work,I had to pay to my bank those 3 EMI’S
