Worst customer service experience with meesho.
Ordered two gowns and they sent some wrong items. Raised return request but they say seller has sent correct item we can’t return it. I have valid proof video opening that the items in the package were wrong. But the customer is not respected or the fact that genuinely the items were wrong is not considered.
The customer service executive like a feed robot just say we can’t do anything.
Similarly I ordered a night suit and they sent a torn shirt.
Customer service executive know nothing and just say we can’t do anything. I need my refund 1710+517.
