Their instagram id is factoryoutlet.biz,i ordered 6 items of rupees 530 on august 15,2019,i made payment on same day through phone pe and still now i did not received my product,almost 1 month gone . i texted them through whatsapp ,no response from and they didnot attending my call and I messaged through instagram last week only they respond ,they said ‘order again here ‘ i too resend product details and my address to them ,they said they will dispatch on that same day ,but they didn’t dispatched still now ,i asking tracking id and requested lot to send my order or atleast refund my amount but no response from them ,they cheated me and they are not ready to refund my amount ,feeling very bad and depressed by their activity .please take action on this complaint as soon as possible

I have ordered 2 earrings from an account called the jewellery palace on Instagram which costs 700/- , after 1 month of ordering I messaged them , they blocked me. Again I messaged them on whatsapp , they blocked me. After few days I called them, again they blocked me. After few months I tried calling from other numbers…also again they blocked me
I’ve ordered abaya from instagram id the___abaya___ store.They assured me best quality with exchange policy.So, I ordered and prepaid 1400rs via Gpay.But,after the given time the product was not delivered I texted why My product is delievered till now, they blocked me.Then, I texted through others account but again blocked by him with no reply.
