Its really regretting to inform you that, my shipment has been delivered but I m not received any product on that date and time, even not getting any OTP message because it’s prepaid order from meesho.
I have ordered a product on meesho (Tracking Id #: E1670254055044613QI) on 04/12/22 and I haven’t received the product till date and there is a message with product delivered on 08/12/22 against the successful delivery.
What do I consider this delivery? Without consuming delivery OTP of the recipient how
ElasticRun can deliver the parcel. Really, this is a fraud and seems I have to raise this issue legally to the concerned authority.
I mentioned the delivery man contact number who give reason they deliver soon or not received any product from company, they definitely involved in fraud with other’s customer too i mentioned all three delivery man no. In this complaint 089613 16144, 078008 67522, 076072 99191, kindly take strict action for these frauds.
I am facing this issue, is any resolution provided to you ????
