ORDER # 171-9063079-4917956…

FRAUD DONE BY DELIVERY BOY AND OTHER MEMEBER..

On 5th Oct I have ordered 2 items

Samsung mobile M52 (Which was supposed to get delivered on 7th Oct)
Philips OTG ( which was supposed to get delivered on 8th Oct)

On 7th Oct i got a mail about both the items getting delivered on 7th Oct..

Pls note, Delivery Person came in a Van and contacted me that he has reached and parked his vehicles
across the road (50 meter away from my house) and told me that 1 order is there for delivery.. i have gone across the road to meet him..

I told him there were 2 orders then he SHOWED THE OPENED AMAZON BIG BOX IN WHICH THERE WAS ONLY PHILIPS OTG AND TOLD that his person will deliver the OTG in my House.

I again told that i got communication that both the items will be delivered today than he told there
are 7- 8 vehicles which have left from godown, so your other item might come later in the day..

I told him if samsung mobile doesnot come that that person told that i can call the amazon call centre
and complain.. he than asked for OTP and told this same OTP will work for other product delivery too..

After that he took the the OTP other person which was with him took the philips OTG from amazon big box from his van and kept it in my house..

Within couple of minutes i got a mail that both Philips OTG and SamsungM52 mobile has been delivered
than i immediately contacted amazon call center..

After 7 days amazon call centre is telling as per there records it is reflecting as Delivered to you and our investigation team has checked the details till scanning and it is reflecting as delivered to you..

There executive are least bothered about the mental situation customer faces in these type of fraud activities done by there delivery boys and just keep on repeating the same answer what is reflecting on there screen..

Delivery boy of AMAZON has done fraud as he was having knowledge of Loopholes and Now customer has to suffer.. amazon team needs to check this.. MY HARD EARNED money is at stake..

Please do a detailed and stick check with the delivery boy and get the truth come out.. Please file a POLICE COMPLAIN against the fraudulent person whether it is there delivery boy or other staff involved in fraud..
