I bought an Apple Watch from paytm on 12th April 2018 and I received nothing in that box. It was an empty box. I did filed a complaint against my order no. 4965819775 I have tried to call customer service or you can say Daily i call them but they say the same thing investigation is going on.
Its been more than 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything or any resolution from their end and now they have stopped answering my calls. I don’t know what should I do.
I have spent ₹23000 on an empty box. I tried contacting them using emails as well but still there’s no reply from their end.
