- I had ordered a food through zomato from spoon and chopstick restaurant located in ip extension new Delhi.They took our order and prepaid payment for the same order but unfortunately the order was not delivered,however my app was showing me the notification of delivered food.i was concerned and started calling to restaurant but no one responded for a long time.after so many calls they finally picked up call but they behavior was so rude and arrogant.Also they denied from giving any status of our order or and phone number of the rider who was carrying our food.They had very harsh rude and unprofessional way of talking.
- I also tried to chat on customer care with zomato but they also didn’t responded to my concern.
