my name is nihal patle .My Order ID: OD115225156196987000 Product : Realme 3 (dynamic black 32gb) Mobile I bought one Realme 3(dynamic black) through Flipkart.com flash sale on 16 april 2019. And the set has been delivered to me on 18 april 2019. Within few days of usage, once I charge the phone gets heated so that I cannot bring anywhere near my ear to attend a call. This is a faulty set that flipkart.com delivered to me. then i complaint against the product on flipkart they told me to do hard reset , i folllow the procedure but issue was not solve, then i again call flipkart customer care on 28 april 2019, that time they send technician on 30 april 2019, i told to technician that heating problem in mobile during charging mobile heated and after some time notification show on mobile screen is ‘temperature is too high, the battery cannot be fully charged’. i give a notification screenshot to technician. technician delete my all phone data and do hard reset. technician tell to flipkart that customer is happy. then issue is not resolve, i face same problem  then again i complaint to flipkart, that time  they extend a date , technician come to 6 may 2019 , technician cannot do anything . technician call his senior, senior said dont accept his request. technician donot touch my mobile , technician said that call flipkart again and complaint.then i again call flipkart , i told everything about conversation about technician and me, they told higher level team call to me. they call me and told that, technician updated happy report from your side so we didnt get replacement. i said that i have a proof my mobile is heating but they dont listen. they just extend a date and after some days they dont get replacement
