This started from Vodafone office situated near merlin hospital, tollygunge phadi kolkata, where i went for sim upgrade as i had a 2 g si., i upgraded it into 4g and asked them for a suitable 4g pack, i also mentioned that this is a bihar’s no. And so after knowing everything they did a recharge which after a day i came to know is a 2 g recharge.After various phone calls and harassment the customer care team gave me a new internet pack after deducting d balance amount from my balance. Now since then i am unable to use any Internet on my no. As there is no network coverage in my area. Customer care bihar bever works and customer care kolkata is helpless and useless. U feel cheated as this is a clear case of fraud. Now a days when there are various options for us like jio who is doing it’s best, there r pathetic network lije vodafone. I want to file a case and compensation for my money.
