I’ve been complaining Airtel for the past 7-8 months about the sudden drop in the 4G connectivity of Airtel in our area (i.e Najafgarh, New Delhi 110043)
and every time i get the same answer from the representative that the team is working on the problem… I’ve been using airtel since i got my 1st cell phone about 10 years back From being one of the best networks it has became one of the worst
They charge us for 4G connectivity but none of the people of the area are able to utilise the 4G speed and there is also been a huge increase in the amount of call drops in the past 6-7 months and still Airtel’s representatives keeps on repeating the same thing “WE ARE WORKING ON IT “
