I ordered three t-shirts from myntra. Two got delivered, because myntra used there own courier service. One is still in transit or lost I don’t know, last tracking update was in 25 June, this one they sent via ekart. Ekart is the worst courier service in the world. They never deliver on time, my order hasn’t even reached Maharashtra. Delivery due date was 28th June. Still no update.

The same thing happened with my laptop that I ordered from flipkart. Due date was 29th June, now they updated it to 1st July, Here’s the worst part, they haven’t even dispatched it from there hub yet. I have been complaining to them about this for past three days, no resolution. One customer service executive even pretend not hearing my voice and disconnected the call after exactly 2 minutes.

Please take strict action against ekart.
