I have purchase a air conditioner on 15th June from amazon.in but till now it is not yet shipped. tried contacting amazon so many times over the call as well as on the email but they dont have any update. i have asked them to provide the refund along difference is rate as well as interest on the principal amount. but delay is from there side and also they dont have any update. can you please help.
