Text of Complaint by OMVIR SINGH:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to lodge a strong complaint against OS DIA DE FESTA VACATION Candolim, Goa company regarding the false promises, misleading commitments, and fraudulent agreement made with me at the time of selling vacation membership package.

I OMVIR SINGH purchased your 15-year vacation membership package on 26 Sept 2024 by paying an amount of ₹2,25,000 (Two Lakh Twenty-Five Thousand Rupees) based on the assurances and commitments given by your sales representatives. However, after taking the membership, I realized that many of the promises made during the sales presentation were either false, hidden in the agreement, or completely different from the actual services being provided.

I feel cheated and mentally harassed because:

1. Important terms and conditions were not properly explained at the time of signing the agreement.
2. False commitments were made regarding holiday bookings, availability, benefits, and flexibility.
3. The agreement appears misleading and unfair to customers.
4. company representatives pressured me into taking the package without giving sufficient time to review the agreement carefully.
5. The services provided are not matching the commitments made before payment.
6. Despite paying a huge amount, I am not receiving the promised facilities and support.

This entire matter has caused me financial loss, stress, and loss of trust. I consider this to be an act of misrepresentation and unfair trade practice.

Therefore, I demand
* Full refund of ₹2,25,000 paid by me

I hope you will resolve this matter and avoid further
