I am a 1xBet user. On 17.05.2026, I placed a live bet (ID: 81996673787) on the match Rinky Hijikata vs. Henri Squire. The wager was on Player 1 to score “Point 1” in Set 3, Game 6.
Official ATP Tour data and 1xBet’s own internal application match history explicitly show that Player 1 won the point, opening the game at 15:0. However, 1xBet’s automated script incorrectly marked the bet as a LOSS, likely because Player 1 later lost his service game (“Lost Serve”).
Customer support representatives are refusing to check the database logs and are actively misreading the official ATP chart layout. I demand an escalation to senior management for a manual override and account credit.
